I recommend Golden Heart to anyone who needs assistance with a living environment either for themselves or their loved ones. They took the time to do an in-depth interview with my wife and I along with my Dad who was in need of 24/7 care. He remained extremely lucid so he was able to express his desires during the interview, some of which were well outside what would normally be expected. Golden Heart was able to assign people very well suited to Dad’s needs, his personality, and his demeanor. They furnished the best of care, on short notice, through the end of my Dad’s life.

They are very well versed and trained in their profession and also have tender hearts that reflect their backgrounds and experiences. They treated our loved one with the utmost respect and care, giving not only our loved one comfort but also our family. They went above and beyond our expectations.

The caregiving staff with Golden Heart have been wonderful with my cousin. He is deaf and has very low vision, so covid has been a challenge. He reads lips and wearing a mask has been difficult. They have always treated him with care and compassion. Even when he has made it difficult. I would recommend this organization to everyone.

They have been helping my 82-year-old mother for several years and have always done more than what was expected. Their caregivers care about their clients, do whatever is needed to make sure that she is happy and well cared for and are always reliable.

The entire staff of Golden Heart did a wonderful job of caring for our mother over the last 6 months of her life.
